Kyocera to Integrate Current Two Shiga Plants into A Newly Named Shiga Higashiomi Plant

Kyocera Corporation (President: Hideo Tanimoto) today announced the integration of its current Shiga Yohkaichi Plant (Hebimizo-cho, Higashiomi, Shiga) and Shiga Gamo Plant (Kawai-cho, Higashiomi, Shiga) into a newly named "Shiga Higashiomi Plant" in order to enhance operational efficiency. The plant will begin operation as from April 1, 2024 under the new name without any locations changes.
